PM25 Small High-speed Precision Cnc Lathe

Numerical Cnc Auto Lathe control system. Adopt Taiwan new generation system, high stability, high precision.
High precision spindle. Machine tool spindle bearing adopts imported high-precision angular contact bearing, the first three and the second configuration, to ensure the high rigidity and durable accuracy of the spindle, spindle runout ≤2um.
Automatic Turning Machine efficient processing. The maximum speed of the spindle of the machine tool is 5000 RPM, and the rigidity is strong. The fast moving speed of the X/Z axis can reach 15 meters/min.
High rigidity bed. Structure design is stable, high quality tightly baked cast iron overall bed, strong rigidity.
Automatic Lathe high precision feed. The feed shaft weight is driven by servo, and Taiwan high-precision ball screw is adopted. The Z-axis drag plate is driven by middle structure to ensure the machining accuracy and efficiency. The repeated positioning accuracy of each feed shaft is less than 3um.
Guide rail structure of machine tool. The linear guide rail and lead screw of machine tool are all made of Taiwan high precision products.
