The Lathe Machining using FEA finite element analysis and combined with Pro/E 3 d simulation design, make the rigid of the lathe uniform distribution without weakness;
The machine design use thermal symmetric structure for uniform parts deformation in the process of operation, to ensure thermal deformation of the lathe minimum for a long time;

The main shaft adopts double row cylindrical roller bearing and high rigidity thrust bearing structure, which gives consideration to high precision and high rigidity.
