EET100-260 High-quality Cnc Lathe Machine

At the beginning ofthe design, the overall Cnc Auto Lathe bed structure is analyzed. It can suppress the deformation caused by Auto Lathe Machine heavy cutting or high-speed action to aminimum, and it can carefully analyze the magnitude of the force, the position of the force acting and the amount of deformation to ensure sufficient rigidity.
At the same time, it uses high-grade Meehanite cast iron. All castings are made of HT300 material.It uses artificial aging (heat treatment) and natural aging method to remove internal stress, it provides the best rigidity, stability and precision retention.
