Characteristic:
a. All castings of the Auto Lathe Machine are made of high quality resin sand casting and treated by manual aging.
b. Ultra-wide base box structure and "human" type column design, all contact surfaces are precision shovel flower treatment, to ensure the remote movement rigidity of the machine and the accuracy and stability of high-speed displacement.
c. The whole set of Cnc Auto Lathe spindle system selected in the machine tool is imported from professional production manufacturers in Taiwan. All important parts are strengthened with the world famous brand P4 spindle bearings and bearing oil lubrication. After the whole Lathe Machining spindle assembly under constant temperature, through computer dynamic balance correction and running test, the whole spindle has long service life and high reliability.
d. The ball wire rod of XYZ three-shaft drive adopts the C3 grade ball wire rod provided by PMI or HIWIN, and the main end bearing of the ball wire rod is imported with P4 grade.
