YB80 series precision NC horizontal Gear Hobbing Machine is a kind of machine tool specially developed for high efficiency machining of precision small and medium diameter gear, mainly used for machining cylindrical spur gear and helical gear whose machining modulus m≤3mm and diameter less than 100 mm.
The machine tool adopts Japan FANUC CNC system, in which YB100 and YB100H are seven-axis and four-linkage Cnc Machine tools, which can control seven servo axes X, Y, Z, W, A, B and C, and YB100 is six-axis and four-linkage CNC machine tools, which can control six servo axes X, Y, Z, A, B and C. The machine has linear interpolation, limit protection and other CNC functions, with electronic gear box and rollback function. According to the characteristics of user parts can design and manufacture appropriate automatic loading and unloading system, to realize the automatic machining of machine tools.
Machine tool base, spindle box and tool holder adopt high rigidity design, guide rail adopts high precision, high rigidity linear roller guide, tangential drag plate is equipped with auxiliary locking mechanism, suitable for high speed, high precision, hard tooth surface processing.
